Container Contents
This Tab shows the large field which can be used to describe the contents of each Container. This field can be searched but searching such a large field will be slow. If rapid access is required for locating the contents of any Container, using the Tab 4 - Files within each Container option is preferable. These files are kept in sorted order by the File Number field, which can be used for either characters or numbers.
The Contents field uses word-wrap. This means that you can continue typing in the field and the computer will automatically shift to the next line when necessary without you having to press the Enter key after each line.
