Files within each Container

Each container can have as many files attached to it as is necessary. Depending upon what kind of records are being stored, there is sometimes the need to have each individual file within the container identified. These files are usually called for individually by their owner. If a file is recorded on this screen, it can be located and retrieved very easily just by knowing the Customer and File Number. This is especially useful for Lawyers, Mortgage Companies, Doctors, Hospitals and other such entities which might have to retrieve a file based only on its File Number, without having to remember which container it happened to be located in. Once entered, the program will remember which Container it is in.
