Update Shipment Sub-Type File.
The window titled Add a Shipment Sub-Type is used to add a new shipment sub-type, the window titled Change a Shipment Sub-Type is used to change the code and/or description for an existing shipment sub-type, and the window titled Confirm Delete is used to confirm your desire to delete an existing shipment sub-type.
Add a Shipment Sub-Type This window will appear if you selected [Insert] on the Select Shipment Sub-Type window. This window allows the user to add a new shipment sub-type. Enter a Shipment Sub-Type code (1 character field -- alpha-numeric ) and a brief description for this new shipment sub-type. NOTE: Both fields are required elements -- you cannot set up a Shipment Sub-Type without a description or vice versa.
[ OK ] Press this button to insert this new shipment sub-type into the Shipment Sub-Type File.
[ Cancel ] Press this button to close this window without adding this new shipment sub-type. NOTE: If you enter anything on this window and then press the [Cancel] button, another window titled Save Record will open. For additional information, see Save Record.
[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
Change a Shipment Sub-Type This window will appear if you selected [Change] on the Select Shipment Sub-Type window. This window allows the user to change the highlighted shipment sub-type. Simply make the appropriate edits to the Shipment Sub-Type code and/or Description for this shipment sub-type.
[ OK ] Press this button to save the changes you made in the Shipment Sub-Type File.
[ Cancel ] Press this button to close this window without saving any changes. NOTE: If you make changes and then press the [Cancel] button, another window titled Save Record will open. For additional information, see Save Record.

Confirm Delete This window will appear if you selected [Delete] on the Select Shipment Sub-Type window. For additional information, see Confirm Delete.
