Standard A/R Reports

This window titled Standard A/R Reports displays all the files (paid and unpaid) which exist in the A/R Master File. You may choose to display these files in one of the following sort orders:

By File Number = Sorted by File Number By Sort-Locator = Sorted by Sort-Locator By Alternate Key = Sorted by Alternate Key By A/R Number = Sorted by A/R Number

Point your mouse cursor to the tab of the desired sort order at the top of this window and left-click your mouse one time to select that sort order.

File Number/Sort-Locator/Alternate Key/A/R Number: Depending upon the sort order tab you selected, there will be a locator field at the top of this window (File Number, Sort-Locator, Alternate Key, or A/R Number). As indicated, type in the File Number, Sort-Locator, Alternate Key, or A/R Number of the desired A/R file and the window will display the A/R files starting with the closest match to the number entered in this field. If this field is highlighted, then press the Tab Key to begin the display.

[ View ] Press this button to open a window titled View A/R Master File which displays the A/R Master File for the highlighted A/R file.

[ Print Reports ] Press this button to open a window titled Standard A/R Reports Menu which enables you to print various listings of the A/R Master File. NOTE: These reports will print in the sort order selected at the top of this window.

[ Close ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window without selecting an A/R File.

[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
