Show the A/R Balances
This window titled Show the A/R Balances will display the total number of invoices and the total dollar amount outstanding for each of the A/R Accounts that have been set up in your Accounts Receivable Manager module. These totals can be quite useful when you are in the process of inputting initial outstanding receivables into your IBS System. These balances provide a quick way to determine if all current outstanding receivables have been entered into your Accounts Receivable Manager module before you begin live processing in the IBS System.
