Select Company Branch

This program can support up to 99 different branches of your company which share a centralized dispatch. If you have only one location, then you need to set up only one branch name and address in this file. Any of the fields in the Company Branch File can be printed on all of the user-definable report formats.

NOTE: Branch is a required field in the Job Cost Master File and a branch cannot be deleted from the Company Branch Master File.

[ Select ] Press this button to select the highlighted branch.

[ Insert ] Press this button to insert a new branch into the Company Branch file. This will open a window titled Adding a Company Branch where you may enter the appropriate information for this new branch. For additional information on how to add a new branch into this file, see Update Company Branch File.

[ Change ] Press this button to edit information for the highlighted branch. This will open a window titled Changing a Company Branch where you may edit any of the information for this branch. For additional information on how to edit an existing branch's information, see Update Company Branch File.

[ Close ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.

[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
