Select Commission Agent Type
The Agent Type file is a totally user-definable file. Agents may be classified by different types (e.g., Driver, Salesman, etc.). Agent Type is a selection criteria for several reports within the IBS system.
This window titled Select the Commission Agent Type may be used to Select an existing agent type, Insert a new agent type, Change an existing agent type, or Delete an existing agent type.
[ Select ] Press this button to select the highlighted agent type.
[ Insert ] Press this button to open a window titled Add a Commission Agent Type which will allow you to insert a new agent type into the Agent Type File. For additional information, please see Update Commission Agent Type.
[ Change ] Press this button to open a window titled Change a Commission Agent Type which will allow you to edit the highlighted agent type in the Agent Type File. For additional information, please see Update Commission Agent Type.
[ Delete ] Press this button to delete the highlighted agent type from the Agent Type File. Another window titled Confirm Delete will open. For additional information, please see Confirm Delete.
[ Close ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.
[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
