Release Storage Lot

This screen is used to Release a Storage Lot from the warehouse. This function records the date on which the lot was released and it deallocates the Storage Vaults from this lot, making them available for other storage lots to use. Releasing storage lots is an essential step in maintaining the accuracy of this program.

Date Released: Enter the date on which this Lot was released from the Warehouse. To access a Calendar, either double left-click the mouse in this field or press the [?] button. [ Release Lot ] Press this button to release this lot from the warehouse.

IMPORTANT NOTE: This is an irreversible process. If a lot is released by mistake, then it must first be deleted from the program and then re-added as if it were a new shipment.

[ Cancel ] Press this button to cancel this request and return to the previous screen.
