Import From Storage Manager

This screen lets you select an existing Storage Lot from the IBS Storage Manager and import it into the Warehouse Locator System.

There are three ways of listing the Storage Lots - by Lot Number, by Shipper's Name and by Alternate Key.

By Lot Number: Press this tab and the Storage Lots will be displayed sorted by Lot Number. To access a specific Lot, move the cursor to the display table and left-click the mouse. Then just type in the Lot Number you wish to see. The program will automatically locate that number for you. By Shipper Name: Press this tab and the Storage Lots will be displayed sorted by Sort-Locator order. To access a specific Lot, move the cursor to the display table and left-click the mouse. Then just type in the Shipper Name of the Lot you wish to see. The program will automatically locate that Shipper for you.

By Alternate Key: Press this tab and the Storage Lots will be displayed sorted by Alternate Key order. To access a specific Lot, move the cursor to the display table and left-click the mouse. Then just type in the Alternate Key of the Lot you wish to see. The program will automatically locate that number for you.

[ Select ] Press this button to select the highlighted entry. [ Close ] Press this button to return to the previous screen without selecting any Storage Lot.
