Help:SM1-Update Billing Code Rates
This window titled Update Billing Code Rates enables you to apply a universal rate increase to every storage lot which uses the selected Billing Code. It provides an easy way to apply this rate increase.
'IMPORTANT:' This option should be used wisely since it will affect every storage lot which uses the selected billing code in its recurring charges.
Billing Code: Enter the Billing Code you wish to change.
New Rate: Enter the new Billing Rate. This rate will be used to re-calculate the net amount for the selected Billing Code in the Recurring Storage Charges file.
[ Begin ] Press this button to begin the operation. The program will display the total records it has read and the number of matched billing codes it has updated.
[ Cancel ] Press this button to cancel this operation. This button is NOT available after the [Begin] button has been pressed.
Records Read: This is an informational field only which displays the total number of records read during this operation. You cannot edit the information in this field.
Records Changed: This is an informational field only which displays the total number of records changed during this operation. You cannot edit the information in this field.
[ OK ] This button will become available after the operation has completed. Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.
[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
