Help:SM1-Storage Account File Maintenance
This window titled Storage Account File Maintenance displays the Storage Accounts which have been set up in your system. You must set up at least one Storage Account and the IBS system will allow a maximum of 99 Storage Accounts. Some companies with multiple branches/divisions will set up a separate Storage Account for each branch/division so they can track the storage receivables separately by branch and/or division. Other companies may want to track Civilian and Military Storage receivables separately.
[ Insert ] Press this button to open a window titled Adding a Storage Account which enables you to add a new Storage Account to your system.
[ Change ] Press this button to open a window titled Changing a Storage Account which enables you to change the highlighted Storage Account.
[ Close ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.
[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
