Help:SM1-Select Storage Lot
This window titled Select Storage Lot is used to select a specific storage lot from the Storage Master File in the Storage Manager module. You may elect to view the Storage Master File in one of four different sort orders. Point your mouse cursor to the desired sort order tab at the top of this window (By Lot Number, By Sort-Locator, By Alternate Key, or By Bill To) and left-click your mouse one time to select that sort order. The box at the top of this window which is labeled either as Lot Number, Sort-Locator, Alternate Key, or Bill To (depending upon the sort order tab you selected), is a locator field. Type the Lot Number, Sort-Locator, Alternate Key, or Bill To (Customer) Number of the storage lot you wish to locate and the display will move to that file or the closest match to what you enter in this box. You may need to press your Tab key to make the display advance to the desired file.
