This window titled Query Accounts Payable Files contains each of the files for this module that you may query using this tool.
The Query option available in each of the MoverBiz modules is a third-party software program that we have included in our program to enable you to query selected files in the MoverBiz database using your own criteria. We know it is virtually impossible for us to include every possible report that each of our customers desires in our system. Therefore we have included this query tool to give you the ability to pull data from files within our database based on your own specific selection criteria. You can display on the screen only those fields in the file that you wish to see and only those records which match your selection. The results of this query can be exported to Excel directly or just to an Excel file (.XLS). It can also be exported to an HTML file which can be e-mailed. There is also a print option to enable you to print out the selected view and query and even add sub-totals and totals for the numeric fields.
This Query program is relatively simple to use and it provides prompts telling you what is required on each screen. However, if you have any questions or need assistance with creating a query, please call our Support Staff at 804-320-2040.
