Help:PY1-Edit Department Name File
This window titled Department Name File Maintenance displays all of the departments currently set up in the IBS Payroll system.
Department: This is a locator field. Enter a department number and the window will display the departments beginning with the closest match to the number entered in this field. If this field is highlighted, then press the Tab Key to begin the display.
[ Insert ] Press this button to open a window titled Adding a Department Name which enables you to add a new department to your IBS Payroll system.
[ Change ] Press this button to open a window titled Changing a Department Name which enables you to edit the highlighted department in your IBS Payroll system.
[ Delete ] Press this button to open a window titled Removing a Department Name which enables you to remove the highlighted department from your IBS Payroll system.
[ Print ] Press this button to print a listing of the Department Name File.
[ Close ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.
[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
