Help:PY1-Change Payroll Database Lock Status
This window titled Change Payroll Database Lock Status displays the current status of the Payroll Hours Database (#0) and allows you to change its status. The payroll database is locked to processing once the Print Paychecks option has been chosen. If the program is abnormally terminated during the paycheck printing process, then the payroll database will be locked to all processing. This option is used to unlock the Payroll Database.
[ Change Status ] Press this button to change the current status of the Payroll Hours Database. The current status setting is displayed in the statement above this button which reads "The Payroll Hours Database is currently (Locked/Unlocked).
[ Save ] Press this button to record the status as it is now displayed in this window.
[ Cancel ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window without changing the current status of the Payroll Hours Database.
