GL1-Journal Entry Journal Selections
The Journal Pull-Down Menu is used to search and print listings of the Journal Entry Journal. This journal can be summarized by totals and by general ledger account useage. It can also be printed for any selected spread of posting months and years. The journal entry data will remain in history until it is purged by the user. Each company must decide how long they wish to retain data on-line.
