Help:DMS-Shipments in Warehouse Selections

This window is used to set the selection criteria for the Warehouse Reports.

Branch: If you wish to limit the listing to a single Company Branch, then enter that Branch here. If you wish to include all Company Branches, then enter a "0" (zero) in this field . Press the View button [?] to see the available Company Branches. The Name of the Company Branch will be displayed to the right of this field.

Service: If you wish to limit the listing to a single Shipment Service, then enter that Service here. If you wish to include all Shipment Services, then leave this field blank. Press the View button [?] to see the available Shipment Services. The description of the Service will be displayed to the right of this field.

Report Date: Enter the cutoff date for this report. Any Shipment with an Arrive Warehouse date and either no Leave Warehouse date or a Leave Warehouse date after this date will be included in this listing. Pressing the View Button [?] or double-left clicking the mouse while in this field will activate the Pop-up Calendar which can be used to enter this date. To include all dates enter 12-31-2099.

Sort By: Select the field by which you wish this report sorted. The sort order can be dynamically changed on the following window.

Sort Direction: Select the direction you wish the report to be sorted. Ascending sorts the lowest values first. Descending sorts the highest values first.

[ OK ] Press this button to begin the report.

[ Cancel ] Press this button to cancel the report and return to the menu.
