This tab contains the public information about the Agency as provided by the VanLine.
Primary Agency: If this Agency is a subsidary company, then enter the Parent Company's Agency Code here. If this agency is the Parent agency, the you can leave this field blank.
Name: Enter the name of the agency.
Address: These two lines are used for the address of the agency.
City: Enter the City of the address.
State: Enter the State or Province of the adddess.
Zip Code: Enter the Zip Code of the Address
Country: Enter the Country if it is different than your own Company's Country.
County: Enter the County in which this agency is located.
Day-Time Phone: Enter the primary phone nunber for this agency. Additional phone numbers can be attached to the various contacts found on the Contacts / Personnel Tab.
Night-Time Phone: Enter the "after hours" emergency phone number.
Toll Free Phone: Enter the toll-free phone number.
Fax Number: Enter the Fax phone number.
Web Address: Enter the company's web-site URL. (E-mail addresses can be added to the Contacts and Personnel.)
Misc Info: This field provides one additional data field for the VanLine's specific use.
