Help:Customer Name File Maintenance
This window displays all the customers which have been set up in the Customer Name File for the current Company.
This screen displays the current Customers in a standard list box. The desired entry can be quickly located by using the Locator: field.
[X] Active Only Check this box if you wish to display only those Customers which are currently Active. Un-check this box to list all of the Customers including those no longer in use.
[X] Display Only Customers with Print Flags Checking this box will list only those customers which have a Print Flag specified. This makes it easier to identify which Customers have specified print flags for print flag maintenance purposes.
[Print] Press this button to open reports menu which enables you to print the various listings of the Customer Name File or address labels for all or a selected group of customers.
[Insert] Press this button to add a new customer to the Customer Name File.
[Edit] Press this button to edit information for the highlighted customer in the Customer Name File.
[Reset Print Flags] Press this button to change an existing print flag to another or to a blank for all of the customers.
[Close] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.
[Help] Press this button to call the Help Screen.
