Help:CRS-Merge Customers
This screen enables you to add the contents attached to one Customer to another Customer. This is useful if for some reason, you have used an invalid Customer Number on you bar-code entry and need to move this information to the proper customer.
Merge Customer: Enter the number of the Customer whose entries you wish to move. The name of the Customer will be displayed to the right of the field. Press the [?] button to see a list of Customers.
With Customer: Enter the number of the Customer to whom you wish to add the contents of the above Customer. The name of the Customer will be displayed to the right of the field. Press the [?] button to see a list of Customers.
W A R N I N G This operation is not reversible. Once these customers have been merged, they cannot be separated.
[ Begin ] Press this button to begin the operation. The [Cancel] button becomes unavailable once this button has been pressed.
[ Cancel ] Press this button to cancel this operation. This button becomes unavailable after the [Begin] button has been pressed.
[ OK ] This button becomes available after the operation has completed. Press this button to return to the menu.
[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
