Help:CRS-Access Frequency Analysis
This option will analyze the number of transactions per container for the selected customer. It will then list only those containers which were accessed at least the minimum number of times requested. This is a good tool for your customers to know which containers that they probably should store on-site based on the analysis results.
Customer: Enter the number of the Customer whose transactions you wish to analyze. The Customer's name will be displayed to the right of this field. Press the [?] button for a list of the current customers.
Include Dates Between: Enter the beginning and ending transaction dates to be included in the analysis. To activate a calendar, you can either double click the left mouse button while the mouse is in the date field, or you can press the [?] button to the right of this field.
Include a Minimum Access Frequency of: Enter the minimum number of transactions you wish to include. A single access does not usually warrant that a container be taken back to the Customer's site, but three accesses might be. Only those containers which have been accessed at least this many times will be included on the final screen and report.
[ Begin ] Press this button to begin the analysis of the transactions for the selected customer. The [Cancel] will not be available once this button has been pressed.
[ Cancel ] Press this button to return to the menu. This button will not be available once the [Begin] button has been pressed.
[ Print ] Press this button to print a listing of the information on this screen.
[ Close ] Press this button to return to the menu.
[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
