Show the A/P Balance
This window titled Show the A/P Balance displays the total number of invoices and the total dollar amount due on those invoices for each A/P Account. These totals provide you with a quick way to determine if all the outstanding invoices for each A/P Account have been posted in the Initial Invoice Setup when you initially begin using the MoverBiz Accounting software.
