Help:AP1-Show Cutoff Listing
This window titled Cutoff A/P Report as of {date} report displays a listing of the Accounts Payable as it existed as of the Posting Month/Year which was selected on the previous window titled Cutoff A/P Report Selections. This report is often included in the financial statements as a detail of the Accounts Payable Control Account.
[ Summary Aging ] Press this button for a Summary Aging report that will age the Accounts Payable as of the last day of the Posting Month/Year period selected for this report.
[ Detail Aging ] Press this button for a Detailed Aging report that will age the Accounts Payable as of the last day of the Posting Month/Year period selected for this report.
[ Summary Listing ] Press this button for a summary listing of the Cut-off A/P Report.
[ Detail Listing ] Press this button for a detailed listing of the invoices and payments which comprise this cut-off listing.
[ Close ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.
