The Journals Pull-Down Menu is used to view or print the financial transaction journals maintained in this module. Please note that the Billing Sales Journal contains A/R billing invoices which are created in the Customer Service/Dispatch Manager module as well as those invoices created in the Accounts Receivable Manager module.

Billing Sales Journal = A/R Billing Invoices (created in A/R or Operations/Dispatch module)

A/R Cash Applied Journal = Transactions created through Apply A/R Cash in A/R module

Billing Sales Journal Use this option to view or print the Billing Sales Journal.

A/R Cash Applied Journal Use this option to view or print the A/R Cash Applied Journal.
