Letters allows you to create and maintain correspondence for a specific Job.
[Import Standard Letter] Press this button to open the Standard Letters screen. You will be prompted to select (or create) a template form letter. This feature is often called "Mail Merge".
[Insert] Press this button to open the Insert Letter screen. From here you can create correspondence from scratch. Please note: If you do not have permission 72 then this button will be grayed out.
[Change] Press this button to open the Edit Letter screen. From here you can make changes to an existing Letter. Please note: If you do not have permission 73 then this button will be grayed out.
[Delete] Press this button to remove the selected Letter. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion. Please note: If you do not have permission 73 then this button will be grayed out.
File:CloseButton.PNG Press this button to return to the previous screen.
