Help:Common-Edit User Choices
The window titled Adding a Choice is used to Add a new choice to this user-defined data table. The window titled Changing a Choice is used to edit an existing choice in this user-defined data table. The window titled Removing a Choice is used to delete an existing choice from this user-defined data table.
Choice: Enter here a Letter (A-Z) or Number (0-9) to represent the choice. This choice is used to absolutely identify the choice and will not normally be visible on the screens where this choice can be selected.
Description: Enter here the description of the choice. This description will appear in the Drop Boxes used to select these user-definable choices.
[ Add ] This button is only available on the Adding a Choice window. Press this button to Add the new item to this user-defined data table.
[ Save ] This button is only available on the Changing a Choice window. Press this button to Save any changes you made to this item in this user-defined data table.
[ Delete ] This button is only available on the Removing a Choice window. Press this button to confirm your desire to Delete this item from this user-defined data table.
[ Cancel ] This button is used to ignore any changes that may have been made in the active window and to return to the previous window. The Esc (escape) Key will also function as a Cancel request. NOTE: If you add any information to an active window, and then press the [Cancel] button or the Esc (escape) Key to exit the window, a window titled Save Record will open.
[ Help ] Press this button to view the Help text for this window.
