Help:Common-Select Asset Number
This window titled Select Asset Number displays all of the existing assets in Asset Number Order. The Asset Number field at the top of the screen is a locator field. Type an Asset Number, press the Tab key, and the Asset Number you typed, or the closest match to that number will be highlighted in the list box. NOTE: Your mouse cursor may be located in the list box or in this locator box when you type the name/number.
[ Select ] Press this button to select the highlighted asset. NOTE: You may highlight an asset by left-clicking your mouse once on the asset or by using the up/down (¯) arrow keys on your keyboard.
[ Insert ] Press this button to add a new asset to the Vehicle Master File.
[ Change ] Press this button to edit the highlighted asset.
[ Close ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.
[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
