A/R Account File
This window titled A/R Account File Maintenance displays the A/R Accounts which have been set up in your system. You must set up at least one A/R Account and the MoverBiz system will allow a maximum of 99 A/R Accounts. Some companies with multiple branches/divisions will set up a separate A/R Account for each branch/division so they can track the accounts receivable separately by branch and/or division.
[ Insert ] Press this button to add a new A/R Account.
[ Change ] Press this button to change the highlighted A/R Account.
[ Close ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.
[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
