Help:AP1- Vendor Master
This window titled Vendor Master File Maintenance displays all the vendors which have been set up in the Vendor Master File in a List Box.
Active Only: Check this box if you want to display Active vendors only.
Locate: This is a Locator Field.
[ Print ] Press this button to open a window titled Vendor Master File Reports which enables you to print Various listings of the Vendor Master File or address labels for all vendors or a selected group of vendors.
[ Insert ] Press this button to add a new vendor to the Vendor Master File.
[ Edit ] Press this button to edit information for the highlighted vendor in the Vendor Master File.
[ Close ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.
[ Help ] Press this button to view the Help text for this window.
