Help:Common-Edit E-Mail Address

This window is used to add a new e-mail address, change an existing e-mail address or remove an existing e-mail addresses.

Email Type: This Drop Box allows you to select the Type of E-Mail Address. Please note that E-Mail Types are user-definable choices.

Name: Enter the name of the person to whom this e-mail address pertains, if applicable.

E-Mail Address: Enter the e-mail address in this field.

Note: The E-Mail Address is displayed in Blue and it is underlined. This indicates that it is a hot field that will call your e-mail program when double-clicked with the mouse.

[ Add ] Press this button to add this new e-mail address to this record.

[ Save ] Press this button to save the changes made to this e-mail address for this record.

[ Delete ] Press this button to delete the highlighted e-mail address from this record.

[ Cancel ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window. If you make any changes in this window and then press the [Cancel] button to ignore those changes, then another window titled Save Record will open which asks "Do you want to save the changes to this record?".
