Help:Common-Setup User Choices
The User Choices Table Maintenance window displays the User-Definable choices in the List Box on this screen.
Throughout the MoverBiz System you have the ability to create user-defined choices for various types of data, such as E-Mail Types, Phone Types, Note Types, Shipment Sources, Shipment Types, Shipment Sub-Types, etc. This window enables you to Add, Change, or Delete data from one of these "user-defined" data tables.
User-Defined Table: This field is a Drop Box containing the various fields in MoverBiz which are user-definable. This field will display the field for the choices displayed on this screen.
Company: This field is a Drop Box containing the various companies which have been defined in the Database. The choices are Specific to each company, so you can have different choices for each company if necessary.
[ Add Defaults ] If the contents of the table is blank, then this button will be displayed. Press the button to add the "Standard Choices" for this User-Definable Field. If you do not want any of the default choices, then they can be removed with the Delete button.
[ Select ] Press this button to Select the highlighted entry.
[ Insert ] Press this button to Insert a new entry into this user-defined data table.
[ Edit ] Press this button to Change the highlighted entry in this user-defined data table.
[ Delete ] Press this button to Delete the highlighted entry from this user-defined data table.
[ Close ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.
[ Help ] Press this button to view the Help text for this window.
