The Journals Pull-Down Menu is used to view or print the various financial transaction journals maintained by the Accounts Payable Manager. NOTE: The Accounts Payable Manager module creates the following two types of journals:

Accounts Payable Purchases Journal = A/P Invoices Accounts Payable Checks Journal = A/P Checks

Purchases Journal Use this option to view or print the Accounts Payable Purchases Journal.

Checks Journal Use this option to view or print the Accounts Payable Checks Journal.
