Help:DMS-SIT Expiration Report Selections

This window enables you to set up the selection criteria for the SIT Expiration Report.

Branch: If you wish to limit this listing to a single Company Branch, then enter that Branch in this field. The name of the selected Company Branch will be displayed to the right of this field. If you wish to include all Company Branches, then enter a "0" (zero) in this field. Press the {?} to the right of this field to see the available Company Branches.

Service: If you wish to limit the listing to a single Class of Service, then enter that Service in this field. The description of the selected Service Class will be displayed to the right of this field. If you wish to include all Service Classes, then leave this field blank. Press the {?} to the right of this field to see the available Service Classes.

Report Date: Enter the Work Date for this listing. Any Service with this Work Date will be included on this listing. The View Button [?] to the left of this field as well as double clicking the left mouse button while in this field will activate the Pop-up Calendar which can be used to enter this date.

Sort By: Select the Radio Button for the desired sort order (Sort-Locator, Begin Storage, Expiration of SIT, or Audit Date).

Sort Direction: Select the Radio Button for the desired sort direction (Ascending or Descending).

[ OK ] Press this button to accept the entries made on this window and begin the selection process for this report.

[ Cancel ] Press this button to ignore any selections made on this window and return to the menu.

[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
