Help:DM1-Shipment Management Report
This window is the Shipment Management window which will identify all of the Active Jobs in the database which either have no Work Tickets assigned to them or have Work Tickets with incomplete spread dates. The Services will identify which types of work have to be done to this shipment and identifies the spreads of dates within which each Work Ticket is to be performed. This could be Packing, Hauling, Storage, etc. The Customer Service department is not finished with the Shipment until it has identified what needs to be done to this shipment in order to properly service it.
Once the Services have been assigned and the dates on which it is requested to be performed have been identified, then the Dispatcher can pick up these shipments and actually make sure that the work is done.
NOTE: The system does not allow a Job with Work Tickets to be saved if "Use Dispatch" is unchecked. On the off chance that this happens, these Jobs will also show up on this report. The Job will need to be edited to check "Use Dispatch". Then it will fall off of the Shipment Management Report.
Permissions
This report uses the following permissions:

Form Layout
Filter
Company: If you wish to limit the listing to a single Company, then select the Company from the drop-box. If you wish to include all Companies, then select <All Companies>.
Move Coordinator: If you wish to limit the listing to a single Move Coordinator, then select the Move Coordinator from the drop-box. If you wish to include all Move Coordinators, then select <All Move Coordinators>.
Buttons
[Edit] Press this button to add or edit the incomplete services for this shipment. Once the services are entered and the spreads of dates and Preferred Dates have been added, the shipment will disappear from this shipment management window. See Update Shipment File
[Print] Press this button to produce a printed listing of the Shipments which currently have services with incomplete services.
[Close] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window.
[Help] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
