Help:DMS-Main Menu
This is the Main Menu for the Customer Service / Dispatch Manager module. All of the options in this program are accessed by the various the pull-down menus.
File This pull-down menu contains all of the various configuration and maintenance programs used to configure and maintain the Customer Service / Dispatch tables.
Shipments This pull-down menu contains the programs which are used to access and maintain the Jobs which your company has to perform.
Tasks This pull-down menu contains the access to the company's tasks, both for the logged-in individual and for the Role Supervisor for each role.
Billing This pull-down menu enables you to manage pending invoices and to print the individual and summary invoices.
Reports This pull-down menu gives you access to the various reports in the program.
Transfers This pull-down menu enables you to transfer the employee hours to the Payroll and to transfer the Billing invoices to the Accounts Receivable.
Edit This pull-down menu controls the Windows clipboard functions for Cut, Copy and Paste.
Window Windows is a multi-threaded operating system. This means that multiple program options can be open simultaneously within the same program. This option helps you manage those multiple windows.
Help This pull-down menu gives you access to the help for the menus in this program.
What's New This option provides a catalog of the new features that have been added to the programs.
