Print an Address Label

This screen is used to print a mailing address label using the standard address labels. The Laser labels use the Avery 8160 or equivalent labels (1" X 2 5/8", 30 to a page) or the continuous 1" high labels for dot-matrix printers.

Line 1 to Line 5: There are five printable lines on each label. These will be pre-set with the address from the previous window. The address will be centered on these lines. These five lines can be edited as needed.

Starting Label Position: Enter the starting position of the laser label (1-30). Press the View [?] button to the right to visually select the starting label position. This feature allows you to use the laser label sheet until all of the labels have been used.

Tip: You really only need to use starting positions 1 - 15 since the laser label sheet can be turned upside down for the remaining 15 labels.

Copies: Enter the number of copies you wish to print of this mailing label (usually 1).

[X] Center Vertically Check this box if you wish to center the label in the lines above. If there are three or fewer lines in the address, it will be distributed with space above and below the address. Uncheck this box if you wish to start printing the address on Line 1.
