This screen enables you to add, modify or remove a Job Task role.

Job Role: Use this drop-box to select the Job Role by which the related tasks will be done. The Job Roles listed in this drop-box are those which have been set using IBS Setup - Setup Functions - Job Task Roles.
Assign To: Use this drop-box to select the person who is responsible for performing these tasks for this role. The users that appear in this drop-box are those which have been set up as having the role entered in the Job Role field above. See IBS Setup - Setup Functions - User Job Roles.
[Save] Press this button to save the changes made on this screen.
[Cancel] Press this button to ignore any changes made on this screen and return to the previous screen.
[Help] Press this button to call the Help Screen.
