This page allows you to Insert or Change a Control Date Prompt.

[X] Active Check this box if this prompt is currently Active. Uncheck this box to remove this Control Date from any of the Pick Lists. Unchecking this box effective removes this entry from being used.
Prompt: Enter here the name of the prompt as it will appear in the Control Dates section on the Main Job screen.
Line Position: This number will determine the position of this prompt in the Control Dates section on the Main Job screen.
[Save] Press this button to save the changes made on this screen.
[Cancel] Press this button to ignore any changes made on this screen and return to the previous screen.
[Help] Press this button to call the Help Screen.
