By Shipper's Name
This screen will list the contents of the warehouse sorted in Shipper's Name (Sort-Locator) order. The first two tabs of this screen will list only Active shipments, and the last two tabs will list released shipments. There are four different listings on this same screen, two for the Current Warehouse only and two for All Warehouses. Press the tab which controls the display you wish.
While on the screen, a locator field is available to find any specific Shipper. To activate the Locator, just left-click the mouse while on the scrolling table portion of the screen and then just type in the shipper you wish to find. The screen will automatically jump to the position closest to what you are typing. If the Sort-Locator field is highlighted, then press the Tab Key to activate the display.
[ Print Contents for Current Warehouse ] - This button is located on the Current Warehouse (Active) tab. Press this button to print a listing of the lots in the current warehouse in Shipper Name (Sort-Locator) sorted order.
[ Print Lots with Containers ] - This button is located on the Current Warehouse (Active) tab. Press this button to print a listing of the lots in the current warehouse in Shipper Name (Sort-Locator) sorted order. This report will also include each of the containers for each lot.
[ Print Contents for All Warehouses ] - This button is located on the All Warehouses (Active) tab. Press this button to print a listing of the lots in all of the warehouses in Shipper Name (Sort-Locator) sorted order.
[ Print Lots with Containers ] - This button is located on the All Warehouses (Active) tab. Press this button to print a listing of the lots in all of the warehouses in Shipper Name (Sort-Locator) sorted order. This report will also include each of the containers for each lot.
[ Print Released Lots (Current Warehouse) ] - This button is located on the Current Warehouse (Released) tab. Press this button to print a listing of the historical lots which have been released from the the current warehouse in Shipper Name (Sort-Locator) sorted order.
[ Print Released Lots (All Warehouses) ] - This button is located on the All Warehouses (Released) tab. Press this button to print a listing of the historical lots which have been released from the warehouses in Shipper Name (Sort-Locator) sorted order.
[ Close ] Press this button to return to the menu.
