Help:WLS-Remove Released Storage Lots
Once a Storage Lot has been released, it continues to remain in the file, but with a "Released" status. After a while, you may no longer need or wish to have the released lot in the file. This option is used to remove one released lot at a time.
There are two ways of listing these Released Storage Lots - by Lot Number and by Shipper's Name.
By Lot Number: Press this tab and the Storage Lots will be displayed sorted by Lot Number. To access a specific Lot, move the cursor to the display table and left-click the mouse. Then just type in the Lot Number you wish to see. The program will automatically locate that number for you.
By Shipper Name: Press this tab and the Storage Lots will be displayed sorted by Sort-Locator order. To access a specific Lot, move the cursor to the display table and left-click the mouse. Then just type in the Shipper Name of the Lot you wish to see. The program will automatically locate that Shipper for you.
Remove: Highlight the released Storage Lot which you wish to remove. Press the [Remove] button to remove the highlighted Storage Lot. Remove This Lot
Exit this Screen: Press the [Close] button to exit this screen and return to the menu.
