Help:WLS-Change Lot Numbers
This is a special option to change the Lot Number which has been assigned to a storage lot.
This window displays all of the Storage Lots which are or were in the Current Warehouse. The name of the Current Warehouse is displayed on the Button in the center of the tool bar at the top of the screen, just below the pull-down menu items. To change the current warehouse, simply press this Warehouse Name button and select the warehouse whose contents you wish to edit. The screen will display only those lots for the currently selected Warehouse.
There are two ways of listing these Storage Lots - by Lot Number and by Shipper's Name.
By Lot Number: Press this tab and the Storage Lots will be displayed sorted by Lot Number. To access a specific Lot, move the cursor to the display table and left-click the mouse. Then just type in the Lot Number you wish to see. The program will automatically locate that number for you.
By Shipper Name: Press this tab and the Storage Lots will be displayed sorted by Sort-Locator order. To access a specific Lot, move the cursor to the display table and left-click the mouse. Then just type in the Shipper Name of the Lot you wish to see. The program will automatically locate that Shipper for you.
Change a Lot Number: Highlight the Storage Lot whose Lot Number you wish to change. Press the [Change] button to change the highlighted Storage Lot. Change Lot Number
Exit this Screen: Press the [Close] button to exit this screen and return to the menu.
