CRS-PullList

The Reports Pull-Down Menu is used to print the various standard reports as explained below. All reports are first listed in a window titled Report Preview for easy viewing and rapid access to the information you need. Printed reports can then be generated from the Report Preview window, if needed. For additional information, please refer to Report Preview.

Container Reports® This option opens a sub-menu with the following options:

By Warehouse: This option is used to list all of the active containers for the selected warehouse or print a listing of the containers for the selected warehouse and selected locations.

By Customer: This option is used to list the containers for the selected Customer, Department and Status or print various reports of the containers for the selected Customer, Department and Status.

To Be Destroyed: This option is used to list the containers which are ready to be destroyed, print a listing of the containers which are ready to be destroyed, or print an authorization listing for the customer to sign off on the containers to be destroyed.

Temporarily Out: This option is used to list the containers which are temporarily out of the warehouse or print a listing of the containers which are temporarily out of the warehouse.

By Contents: This option is used to list on the screen all of the containers for the selected customer whose contents field contains the search entry or print a listing of all of the containers for the selected customer whose contents field contains the search entry.

By Container Number: This option is used to rapidly find a container by Container Control Number or print a listing of selected containers between the selected Container Control Numbers.

By Container Type: This option is used to show the containers of one Type for one Customer or print a listing of the containers of one Type for one Customer.

Summary by Department: This option is used to summarize the total number of containers for each department and selected customer or print a listing of the total number of containers for each department and selected customer.

File Reports® This option opens a sub-menu with the following options:

By File Number: This option is used to list all of the Files which have been recorded for the selected Customer, rapidly locate any File for any Customer, or print all of the Files which have been recorded for the selected Customer.

By Description: This option is used to list those files which contain the selected description or print those file which contain the selected description.

By Temp-Out Date: This option is used to list the files for one customer which are temporarily out of storage.

Transaction Log Reports® This option opens a sub-menu with the following options:

By Activity Date: This option is used to list the Transaction Log sorted in the order of Activity Date or print the Transaction Log sorted in the order of Activity Date for selected dates.

By Container Number: This option is used to list the Transaction Log sorted in the order of Container Number or print the Transaction Log sorted in the order of Activity Date for one selected Container.

For One Customer: This option is used to list the Transaction Log sorted in the order of Activity Date or Container Number for one Customer or print the Transaction Log sorted in the order of Activity Date or Container Number for one Customer.

Access Frequency Analysis: This option is used to analyze the number of transactions per container for the selected customer or print a listing of the number of transactions per container for the selected customer.

Custom Reports This option is used to display a menu of any customized reports which have been written for this customer.
