Help:CRS-Print Monthly Invoices
This option is used to view, print or re-print the Monthly Storage Invoices. The Invoice Number at the top of this screen is a locator field.
N O T E -- The invoices must be printed before you transfer the information to the Accounts Receivable. Once transferred, they can no-longer be printed.
[ Print Pro-Forma Listing ] Press this button to print the Pro-Forma listing of this monthly storage billing.
[ Print All Invoices ] Press this button to print all of the invoices which have not yet been printed. If you wish to print an invoice that has already been printed, then select [Print One Invoice].
[ Print One Invoice ] Press this button to print the highlighted invoice.
[ View ] Press this button to view the highlighted invoice. See View Monthly Storage Invoice
[ Close ] Press this button to return to the menu.
[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
