Help:Billing-Edit Tariff Mileage
This screen is used enter, change or remove an entry in the Derived Mileage Database.
NOTE: If you wish to change any information except for the Miles, then you must first delete the existing entry and then insert a new entry with the corrected information.
From State: Use this drop-box to select the From State.
City: Enter here the City which is found in the From State. This field is not verified, so be sure to spell it properly.
To State: Use this drop-box to select the To State.
City: Enter here the City which is found in the To State. This field is not verified, so be sure to spell it properly.
Miles: Enter here the tariff mileage between these two cities.
[Add] Pressing this button will create two entries new in the Derived Mileage Database. One entry for the Origin-Destination combination as listed on this screen, and one the the reverse of this combination.
[Save] Press this button to save the changes made on this screen.
[Delete] Pressing this button will remove the mileage in this entry as well as in the reverse of this combination.
[Help] Press this button to call the Help Screen.
