Help:DMS-Refresh VanLine Agency
This screen allows you to automatically update the VanLine agencies with the pre-set Agency information that was made available from the VanLine.
VanLine: Select the VanLine whose agencies you wish to update.
NOTE: If your VanLine is not listed here, then we do not currently have not recieved any agency information from that VanLine. If you can make this information available to Direct Systems, it can be added to this function.
[Begin] Press this button to Begin the operation.
The file will first be reset - That is all of the Agencies for this VanLine will be set to Inactive. They will not be deleted, so any of the information you may have entered in the memo, notes, and contact/personnel tabs will not be affected.
The screen will display each record as it is read from the VanLine's file. If the Agency Code does not exist, it will be added. If it does exist, the agency will be re-activated and any of the name/address/phone number information will be updated.
NOTE: None of the Memo, notes, or Contact/Personnel information is affected by this operation.
[Close] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous screen.
[Help] Press this button to call the Help Screen.
