Help:VM1-Update Asset Type
This window titled Adding an Asset Type is used to add a new asset type into the Asset Type File. The window titled Changing an Asset Type is used to edit the asset type and/or description for an existing asset type in the Asset Type File.
[ Add ] This button will appear if you selected the [Insert] button on the Select Asset Type window. Press this button to insert this new asset type into the Asset Type File.
[ Save ] This button will appear if you selected the [Change] button on the Select Asset Type window. Press this button to save any changes made to this existing asset type in the Asset Type File.
[ Cancel ] Press this button to close this window and return to the previous window. NOTE: If you enter anything on this window and then press the [Cancel] button, another window titled Save Record will open. For additional information, see Save Record.
[ Help ] Press this button (if available) or the F1 key to view the Help text for this window.
