Help:GL1-Financial Reports Menu
This option is used to print the various general ledger reports. The IBS system includes many Standard (pre-defined) reports. The program also includes a Reports Configuration on the File Pull-Down Menu which enables the user to define an unlimited number of Configured general ledger reports. All general ledger reports are generated using the data found in the Fiscal Year YTD Amounts File (GL1D02).
The Financial Reports Pull-Down Menu provides the user with options to print the following types of financial reports and each of these report options has several different report formats. Please note that the reports denoted as "Configured" reports are the reports which must be defined and updated, as needed, by the user. Whereas, the reports denoted as "Simple" reports are the standard reports which are included with the IBS system----these reports will include all active general ledger account numbers as pertinent to the selected report.
