Help:SM1-Storage Reports Selections
The Reports Pull-Down Menu is used to view or print any of the standard reports provided in this module, as described below:
Storage Weight Report This option will print a listing of all or selected storage lots with their weights. It is quite useful for Non-Temp storage audits.
Storage Insurance Report This option will print a listing of all or selected storage lots which have a cyclical billing code entry for Insurance. Lots with no cyclical billing code entry matching the one for Insurance, will be listed under the minimum liability category.
Quarterly Military Billing Report This option can produce a listing for a selected Customer and Branch. Its format is similar to the standard Non-Temp Storage Charges printout which is generated by the Military Bases. It can be used to compare with the Military Base's listing or it can be used to submit to those Military Bases which are not yet computerized and able to generate this report.
Accrued Storage Report This option can produce a listing of the current Deferred Storage Receivable accruals and/or Deferred Storage Earnings accruals. You should print this report periodically and review for accuracy to ensure that your storage lots are accruing accurately.
