Update Additional Service Provider

This window enables you to add or modify an Additional Service Provider

The information on this screen is broken up into four tabs.

General Tab This tab contains the basic name and address information for this Additional Service Provider.

Memo Tab This tab contains a free form text box for any specific notations you wish to make on this this Additional Service Provider.

Contacts Tab This tab contains a list of the various personnel at this Additional Service Provider whom you may have to contact regarding the additional services.

Service Codes Tab This tab contains a list of the various service codes which this specific Additional Service provider uses to identify the Service. If this Additional Service Provider has an interface with our system, then these codes will be automatically added for you when you Refresh the Service Proviers.

[Save] Press this button to save the changes made on this screen.

[Cancel] Press this button to ignore any changes made on this screen and return to the previous screen.

[Help] Press this button to call the Help Screen.
