This screen contains or grants you access to all of the information concerning a specific Company Job. This screen is functionally divided into various parts, specifically the top, the bottom buttons and the various tabs of information.
The Top portion contains the primary identification information for this Company Job. This information remains visible no matter which tab of information is selected.
The Bottom portion contains the function buttons which are visible no matter which tab of information is selected.
The General Information tab gives the basic information on this job in a snap-shot.
The Other tab gives additional information on the basic Job.
The Misc Fields tab displays the various Misc. Information fields that are defined in the specific Job Service Control File. See File - Enterprise Files Utilities - Job Service Control File - [Edit Job Service Control File] - Prompt types 3 & 4.
The Van Line tab displays the information specifically related to the Van Line and its agencies which are responsible for the various phases of this job.
The Notes tab displays all of the notes on this Company Job which were entered by anyone within your enterprise.
The Instructions tab displays the Instructions entered on the Main Job, Van Line, and each work ticket.
The Containers tab displays both the Packing Cartons as well as the Shipping containers.
